Hello World

Hey there. This is Dockside Labs, and this is the first post.

Dockside Labs is a one-person operation. I build things, explore ideas, and occasionally ship something useful. This blog is where I'll share what I'm working on—prototypes, experiments, and the occasional lesson learned along the way.

Why a blog? Mostly to stay visible. When you're working solo, it's easy to disappear into the work and forget that nobody knows you exist. Writing things down also helps me think, so there's that too.

As for the tech: this blog runs on Deno and Fresh 2.0, deployed to Deno Deploy. It's a simple setup that just works. Markdown files go in, blog posts come out. No database, no build step, no fuss.
